Working recipe — what to ask each manufacturer for

Start from their stock hair, skin & nails formula (already tested and compliant, cheaper, faster) rather than a bespoke blend. The final recipe is theirs to sign off — UK food supplement rules set permitted ingredients, maximum doses and health claims, and the manufacturer carries the legal responsibility.

Check "FAT LOCKS" against the UK trademark register before any labels are printed.
